2. Service Description

The Throne is a public display platform where users may purchase a temporary top placement that includes a display name, country, message, image or logo, and public links. A claim remains in the current top position until another valid claim replaces it.

3. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not impersonate another person, brand, or organization without authorization.

4. Payments and Throne Claims

All payments are made for a public display opportunity, not for a guaranteed duration, traffic volume, endorsement, investment return, or advertising result. The minimum price may change when new claims are made. A higher voluntary payment may increase the next minimum claim amount.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant The Throne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, moderate, and archive that content for the operation, promotion, and security of the service.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, or otherwise harmful. We may reject, edit, hide, remove, or report content when we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Public Archive

Past throne claims may remain visible in the public archive with their submitted public details, paid value, country, and reign duration. We may remove archived content when required by law, security needs, rights claims, or platform integrity concerns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware or unsafe links, manipulate payment or moderation processes, scrape the service at abusive rates, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Charity Allocation

The website may display a stated charity allocation from throne claim revenue. Charity reports and expenses may be published through our public channels. Administrative costs, taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and operational requirements may affect timing and reporting.
